My Role: To create low-fi prototypes (storyboard or wireframes) for project Canary's experience to gather customer feedback on some tricky friction points.
The ask - While we have high-fidelity mock-ups of the UX in Figma, we are hoping to have low-fi prototypes of the profiles experience so that interview respondents feel comfortable to interact with the wireframes and honestly indicate things that they like / don't like (in research, high-fi prototypes tend to hinder respondents from suggesting changes and bias respondents to accepting mockups as they are, thereby resulting in a skewed, positive response.. additionally, we want respondents to focus on the UX flow, not necessarily typography, colors, etc.)
