Mshop Push Notifications - Experiment - Design
The retail app (mShop) is an untapped marketing channel for Mobile App Adoption (MAA). WW, there are 9.1MM (as of December 2022) Prime Customers who are AM customers but have never registered an AM app sign-in. Historically, we know visual offers the best CX to customer and is a retention driver for AMU. We want to launch a non-financial incentive nudge through the mShop push to encourage existing AM customers to download the app. We believe if we show a contextually relevant push notification, then Customers will click and download the app.
